Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Plumbline, free. That's enough time to set up your year, plan two full weeks and run your first weekly review. You'll know whether it fits how you work before you pay anything.
What is the founding member price?
If you start an annual plan between December 27 and January 15, you're a founding member. You get Basic for $40 a year instead of $60, which is 33% off, and that price is locked in for life. It won't go up as long as your subscription stays active, even if prices rise for new members later.
Your founding discount comes with you to AI, too. When AI launches, founding members can upgrade for 33% off the annual AI price: $67 a year instead of $100, also locked in for life.
The offer applies to annual plans only. If you cancel and come back later, you'll pay the current price at that time.
What's the difference between Basic and AI?
Basic is a complete planner on its own. It connects your yearly goals to your quarterly goals, weekly priorities and daily tasks, and includes habits, wins, weekly and quarterly reviews and progress tracking. Nothing essential is held back.
AI, launching mid-2027, saves you time on the planning itself. It can draft your week from your goals and calendar, break a big goal into milestones, summarize your weekly review and reschedule tasks that slip. Basic members will be able to upgrade whenever AI launches.
Is there help getting started?
Yes. Short how-to videos walk you through setting up your year, planning your week and running your reviews. Browse the video library.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can move between monthly and annual billing, or between plans, at any time from your account settings.
Canceling turns off auto-renewal on your monthly or annual plan. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your goals, plans and notes belong to you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. You can export everything you've entered, or delete your account and all of its data, at any time.
Which devices does it work on?
At launch, Plumbline is a web app that runs in any modern browser on your computer, tablet or phone. You can add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
Native iPhone and Android apps are coming in mid-2027. Your account and plans will sync across all of them, so you can plan on your laptop and check off tasks on your phone.
