Who we are
Plumbline is a goal-setting and planning app operated by Danny Porter & Co LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Plumbline," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at plumblineplanner.com, the Plumbline web app, and any related mobile apps (together, the "Service"), and how we use it.
By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Create and run your account and deliver the features you use
- Process subscriptions, free trials, renewals and refunds
- Send service emails, such as sign-in links, receipts and account notices
- Send product updates, launch news and tips if you joined our waitlist or opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime
- Answer support requests and feedback
- Understand how the Service is used so we can fix bugs and improve it
- Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your plans, goals or notes for advertising.
AI features. If you use an AI-powered tier, the content you send to an AI feature is processed by a third-party AI provider to generate a response. We will name that provider in this policy before AI features launch.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Plumbline, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us.

We may also share information:

- With your consent or at your direction
Cookies, retention and security
Cookies. We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. Our site analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) don't use cookies or track you across other sites. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.
Retention. We keep your account information and content while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. If you unsubscribe from marketing email, we keep your address on a suppression list so we don't email you again.
Security. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your rights and choices
You can, at any time:
- Access and update your account information in your settings
- Export or delete your content and your account by emailing us
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as correcting your data or getting a copy in a portable format. Email us to make a request. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children. Plumbline is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where your data is stored. We are based in the United States, and our providers store data in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Plumbline grows, for example when mobile apps or AI features launch. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and we will email you before any material change takes effect.
